Terms

The short version: the editor is free, your sites are always yours, and SinePress Plus gets you every template and one-click hosting.

What you get

• Free: the editor, the free templates, unlimited sites, and downloading any site as plain HTML to host anywhere.
• SinePress Plus ($19 a year): every premium template, new ones included while it runs, and hosting for 5 sites with your own domains. One key works in up to 3 browsers.
• Extra 5 sites ($9 a year): 5 more hosted sites, added to a Plus key.
• Prices are set on Gumroad, which may show a local price in your country. If the price changes, it changes for new buyers; your renewal stays at the price you joined at.

Using the templates

• Use them for any number of your own sites and your clients' sites, hosted with us or anywhere else.
• Don't resell, share or give away the templates themselves (as templates, themes or kits).
• Templates you downloaded while Plus was running stay yours to use, even after Plus ends.

If Plus ends

• Your hosted sites stay online for 30 days, then show a “paused” page until you renew. Their files are never deleted.
• After 90 days paused, a site's own domain is released (you can add it again after renewing); the site and its sinepress.page address stay.
• You can always download any site from the editor, for free.

Fair use of hosting

• Hosting is for websites: pages, images and documents. Files up to 10 MB each and 50 MB per site; up to 30 publishes a day per key.
• Busy sites are welcome. If one site uses far more than normal (for example millions of visits a month), we'll get in touch about moving it or a fair price before changing anything.
• Not allowed: phishing, scams, malware, illegal content, content that infringes others' rights, or using hosting as a file store for other sites.

Takedowns and reports

• Anyone can report a site at api.sinepress.page/report. We review reports within 24 hours on working days.
• Sites that break these rules are taken offline, and the key may be cancelled without a refund.
• Grievance contact: SinePress, [email protected].

Refunds

Not happy? Ask for a refund within 14 days of a purchase or renewal by replying to your Gumroad receipt. No questions asked. A refunded key stops unlocking templates and hosting.

The fine print

• SinePress is provided as is. We work hard to keep hosting online and your data safe, but keep your own backups (the editor's Save and Back up all sites make this easy).
• We may update these terms; the date below changes when we do.
